Westpomeranian Region

  • Communication advantages – A6 highway linking Szczecin to Berlin and further with the whole European network of highways, the International Airport in Goleniow, group of full-sea harbours Szczecin-Police-Swinoujście and Kolobrzeg, S3 express road from Swinoujście (ferry connections to Sweden and Denmark) via Szczecin in the direction of the Czech Republic (currently in construction);
  • Tourist attractions – long sandy coast of the Baltic Sea, thousands of lakes in the Zachodniopomorskie Lakes, big number of forests, National Parks: Wolinski and Drawienski, Landscape Parks: Szczecinski, Cedynski, Lower Odra, Drawski, Inski, Warta mouth, spa resorts: Kamien Pomorski, Swinoujście, Polczyn-Zdroj, Kolobrzeg; Szczecin Lake as the place for doing water sports.
