Investment sites under patronage of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone Ltd.

Description

Czluchow (Kielpin) –
Pomeranian Region

Communal area of 76 ha, situated by the poviat road, no. 464. According to the local spatial development plan, the area is intended for industrial activity, services or warehousing. All utility connections are located on the plot. Owing to the location of the land and the availability of transport means, the potential investor may attempt to hire staff from the area of Czluchow, as well as Chojnice.

 

Prabuty - Pomeranian Region

Industrial area of 17.2 ha, owned by the commune in Prabuty, 100 km from Gdansk, next to a railway siding. The area is covered by the local spatial development plan and has full technical infrastructure. Its merit lies in the flatness of the terrain, and also in the clean water and soil. The plot is accessible by a tarred communal road. According to the plan, there are norestrictions concerning construction and the height of structures.

 

Malbork – Pomeranian Region

Municipal area of 5.3 ha, situated in the industrial district of Malbork, close to the exit to the planned ring-road. According to the local spatial development plan, the area is intended for industrial activity, warehousing, or services. The plot has full technical infrastructure. It is flat, and partially paved. Owing to the location of the land and the availability of transport means, the potential investor may attempt to hire staff from the area of Malbork, Tczew, Sztum and Nowy Dwor Gdanski. The plot was awarded the title of:
"Medal-worthy Land 2007", within a competition organised by PAIiIZ S.A.

Wloclawek – Kuyavian - Pomeranian Region

The Development Zone in Wloclawek
This is a plot of 40 ha, with the possibility of expanding by a further 20 hectares, located by the no. 1 national road and the road leading to Inowroclaw, i.e., in an area with excellent transportation infrastructure. It is intended for production. It is in close proximity to the Nitrogen Plant Anwil S.A. and to the Orlen Group.

Lipno
Kuyavian - Pomeranian Region

 Area of the Agricultural Property Agency (Agencja Nieruchmości Rolnych – ANR) of 50 h; it can be expanded by the adjacent lands owned by ANR. Plot situated directly at national road no. 10 (Szczecin - Toruń - Płońsk). A main railway with a siding runs across Lipno. In the study of conditions and directions for gmina development the area is determined as area for investments and the local government is open to each investor.

Starogard Gdański - Pomeranian Region

Area of 11.7637 ha owned by the Starogard Poviat, determined as industry and service area in the local spatial development plan; from the south bordering on transportation areas (the planned ring road of Starogard Gdański), from the east adjacent to railway areas of the Starogard Gdański – Skórcz connection, the remaining borders adjacent to the areas of the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone (Zakłady Farmaceutyczne Polpharma S.A.). The technical infrastructure is at some distance from the borders of the plot.

Advantages of the area include: location close to national road no. 22 and to railway siding as well as the arrangement signed by the Poviat Board with the Management Board of ZF Polpharma S.A. as regards use of the road on the plot to ensure possibility of transport to the investment plots.

 

Leśnice - Pomeranian Region

 

Area of 17 ha owned by Agricultural Property Agency (Agencja Nieruchmości Rolnych – ANR) with the possibility to expand by adjacent land, owned by Parish. The plot is located directly by national road No. 6 (Gdańsk - Szczecin) in the administrative district of Nowa Wies Lęborska commune, within Lebork Poviat. A main railway line with siding runs across the area. Currently the land is used for agricultural purposes, however in the prepared study of land use conditions and directions it shall be a terrain for development of commercial buildings.

 

Liniewo, Koscierski District, Pomeranian Region

 

Communal land, plot no 131/9 of the surface – 18,4 ha, adjacent to the voivodeship road no 224 crossed with a district road no 2411G. Its advantage is the flat shape of the surface, and lack of the soil and waters contamination. Media connections are in the immediate vicinity of the parcel. The area is remote from residential development. Due to the location of the parcel and its transport connections the potential investor may hire workers from the area of Koscierzyna, Kartuzy and Starogard Gdanski.
