Management Board
The Zone is managed by Pomeranian Special Economic Zone Ltd. with registered office in Sopot. The scope of the company’s activity covers:
- conducting actions promoting the launch of business activity within the Zone,
- helping investors in obtaining all necessary information, assistance in contacts with relevant authorities, etc.,
- conducting tender procedures or negotiations in order to select investors, who will obtain licenses for business activity within the Zone,
- granting the investors the above-mentioned licenses on behalf of the Minister of Economy,
- selling, leasing out or putting out the land situated within the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone for perpetual usufruct, following tender or negotiation procedures,
- routine controlling the enterprises, which do business within the Zone with respect to the terms and conditions defined in the licenses,
- rendering the economic and technical infrastructure available for investors.
